KARRAR ENTERPRISES LLC, doing business as AK Consulting, is an AI consulting practice operating at youraiconsultant.ai. We help companies deploy AI systems that automate operations and grow revenue. This policy covers this website and our text message program.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number. We do not provide it to lead generators, data brokers, aggregators, or any other business for their own marketing use. Your consent to receive text messages from us is given to us alone and stays with us.

The only parties who ever touch your mobile number are the service providers that make the messages technically possible — our CRM and messaging platform, and the telecommunications carriers that deliver the message to your handset. They act on our instructions, are bound by contract, and may not use your number for their own marketing.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and anything you write in a message or enquiry form.
• Consent records — which checkboxes you selected, and the date and time you submitted the form. We keep these so we can prove your consent was freely given.
• Booking details — if you schedule a call, the time you chose and any notes you added.
• Basic usage data — pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, collected in aggregate to understand what is useful on this site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule or confirm a call.
• To send appointment reminders and confirmations, if you consented to those messages.
• To follow up about a project you enquired about, and — only if you separately consented — to send offers, discounts, and service updates.
• To deliver services to clients and communicate about active work.
• To improve this website and the material we publish.
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent for marketing communications, and on our legitimate interest in running the business for the rest. You can withdraw consent at any time.

When we share information

We share information only in these situations, and never for another company's marketing:

• Service providers — our CRM, email, scheduling, hosting, and analytics vendors, limited to what they need to perform their function for us.
• Legal requirement — when we are compelled by law, subpoena, or a valid government request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or someone's safety.
• Business transfer — if the business is merged or acquired, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are excluded from every category here and are never shared.

Your choices

• Stop texts — reply stop to any message from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin.
• Stop emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion — email ahmed@youraiconsultant.ai and we will action it within 30 days. Consent records may be retained where we need them to demonstrate compliance.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and declining it does not affect the service you receive from us.

Retention and security

We keep contact details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them. Consent and opt-out records are retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations. Data is held on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle mobile information will be posted here before they take effect.
